Rolly Pollies  non-exclusive  Weekday Party Package

Monday & Friday 3:30 – 5:00 PM only  (subject to blackout dates)
  • $200 non-exclusive use of facility for you and 10 guests! 
  • $15 charge for additional guests beyond the 10
  • Birthday child & their siblings are free. No charge for adults
  • 1 hour shared use of gym, 30 min. private use of party room
  • Time for cake & ice cream. Sorry, no meals or additional time can be added to weekday parties.

All Party Packages Include:

  • Custom online Evites

  • Paper products: plates, napkins, cups, table covers and utensils 

  • Two party hosts dedicated to making your party great from start to finish!

  • Setup/ cleanup and everything in between, including serving any food & drinks you bring

  • Exclusive weekend parties only – Families may choose two of three following for their 30 minutes in the party room:            1) Serving Food  2) Cake & Ice Cream  3) Opening Gifts.  With the purchase an additional 15 minutes, you can do all three!

  • Gift registry (should you open gifts with us) makes writing “thank you’s” easy!

Deposits ~ Purchase of Additional Time ~ Cancellation Policy

PARTY DEPOSITS
A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve your party and is applied towards the total cost of the party.  Final payment is due in full 1 week prior to the scheduled party date.  If you must cancel, regardless of the reason, we will help you reschedule for the next available time. Failure to reschedule within 30 days of the original date will result in loss of your deposit.
ADDITIONAL PARTY TIME:
15 Minutes $45 (Required if serving a meal plus cake/ice cream and opening gifts)
30 Minutes $90 (split to allow 15 extra minutes of play AND 15 extra minutes in party room)
SHARED PARTIES:
$50 charge for each additional birthday child. Fee does not apply to shared sibling parties. Number of guests is still limited to 24, not including the birthday child(ren) and 1 sibling for each. Extra guests are welcome at a charge of $10 per child. We do not charge for adults 18 and older.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be made due to illness, vacations, inclement weather or other conditions beyond the control of Rolly Pollies. Should a party need to be canceled either by you or by Rolly Pollies due to conditions beyond either parties control, we will help you reschedule for the next available party time. Parties must be booked within 30 days of the original party date. Should you choose not to reschedule you will forfeit the $100 deposit. We want your family to have a memorable birthday which is why we will always go out of our way to help when things don’t always go as planned.
